For over thirty years, my work has lived at the intersection of transformation, embodiment, and meaning. I began as a leadership coach in the 1990s, drawn to the idea that we can consciously shape our lives rather than inherit them. That early training taught me to listen—to the body, to the relational field, to the quiet intelligence beneath our patterns.
My own path has been shaped by resilience, curiosity, and a deep commitment to growth. As a first‑generation college student and single mother, I learned how to navigate systems, build capacity, and create a life that aligned with my values. Those years became the foundation of my clinical and coaching presence.
I went on to earn degrees in business, counseling psychology, and clinical psychology, weaving together somatic awareness, depth psychology, identity development, and relational attunement. Today, I support individuals in reconnecting with their embodied truth—tracking sensation, movement, breath, and meaning as they unfold.
My work is grounded, warm, and experiential. I help people return to themselves, reorganize old patterns, and step into a life that feels coherent, intentional, and fully their own.
