I grew up in a family that valued resourcefulness, creativity, and hands‑on problem‑solving. My parents were young when I was born, and my early years were shaped by a simple, intentional lifestyle connected to nature, self‑reliance, and making things with our own hands. We lived close to the land, and although our life was modest, I never felt deprived. What I absorbed was a sense of groundedness, capability, and the understanding that you can build a life — literally and metaphorically — from the inside out.
In my teens, I became deeply involved in youth leadership and church activities. Those years gave me early experience in mentoring, organizing, and supporting others — long before I had language for psychology or somatic work. It was the first place I learned how to hold space, listen deeply, and guide people through emotional and spiritual questions. That early leadership shaped the foundation of the work I do today.
Transformation, for me, wasn’t something I turned to out of necessity — it was a choice. A conscious decision to expand, to grow, and to design a life aligned with my values and my calling. That choice eventually led me into leadership coaching and, later, into formal study in business and psychology — giving language and structure to what I had been sensing and practicing all along.

I believe every person carries an internal blueprint for healing, meaning, and identity, and that with the right support, we can consciously shape the lives we want to live.

I believe every person carries an internal blueprint for healing, meaning, and identity, and that with the right support, we can consciously shape the lives we want to live.
Long before my formal education, my early professional life included roles in business, hospitality, and psychology — experiences that taught me how people operate, relate, and grow.
Alongside my Silicon Valley career as a presentation development and executive communications specialist, I worked as a transformational coach, guiding people through deep personal work and developing early skills in leadership, communication, and attuned facilitation. These were formative, hands‑on roles that gave me real experience long before I entered graduate school.
I completed my degree in Business Management and continued building my Silicon Valley career before expanding into holistic counseling, somatic psychology, and depth‑oriented clinical practice. As my work deepened, I pursued advanced graduate study in business (MBA) and clinical psychology (PsyD), where my professional identity came fully into focus. These experiences gave me the intellectual, emotional, and spiritual grounding for the integrative work I do today.
My work now combines psychology, the wisdom of the body, and the deeper patterns that shape a person’s life. I help people understand their experiences, recognize their patterns, and build a more coherent sense of who they are.

I specialize in:
• Embodiment & Somatic Intelligence
• Trauma‑Informed Care
• Depth & Transpersonal Psychology
• Identity Reconstruction & Narrative Healing
• Nervous System Literacy
• Cultural Humility & Relational Attunement
• Creative and Symbolic Meaning‑Making

I am the founder of Somatic Release Therapy (SRT) and the creator of The Somatic Atlas: Mapping the Human Experience, a framework that integrates the emotional, symbolic, and physiological layers of the body.
My work is warm, grounded, relational, and deeply attuned. I help people reconnect with their bodies, reclaim their stories, and step into a more coherent, empowered sense of self. I also offer coaching, consulting, and mentoring for individuals seeking transformation, clarity, and embodied leadership.
This is the work I was born to do — and the work I am honored to share.

1. Individual Sessions
My one‑on‑one work is designed for people who want to understand themselves more deeply and live with greater coherence. I integrate psychology, somatic awareness, and pattern recognition to help you:
• understand your experiences
• recognize the themes that shape your life
• reconnect with your inner blueprint
• make choices that align with who you’re becoming
These sessions are collaborative, grounded, and tailored to your pace and needs.
2. Somatic–Symbolic Mapping
This is my signature approach.
Together, we explore the deeper patterns that show up in your body, emotions, relationships, and choices. This work helps you:
• identify the themes that repeat in your life
• understand what those patterns are pointing to
• reconnect with your inner guidance
• build a more coherent sense of self
It’s not about fixing or diagnosing — it’s about understanding and integrating.
3. Identity Development & Life Design
For people in transition, reinvention, or expansion.
This work supports you in:
• clarifying who you are now
• discerning what’s yours and what’s inherited
• designing a life aligned with your values, strengths, and calling
• stepping into leadership in your own life
This is where agency becomes practice.
4. Professional Mentoring for Practitioners
For therapists, coaches, healers, and facilitators who want to deepen their attunement, symbolic intelligence, and embodied presence.
I help practitioners:
• refine their intuitive and somatic listening
• understand symbolic patterns in clients
• strengthen their capacity to hold complexity
• develop a more coherent, integrated approach
This is not supervision — it’s developmental mentoring.
5. Workshops & Teaching
I offer workshops and classes on:
• somatic awareness
• symbolic pattern recognition
• identity development
• embodied leadership
• integrative approaches to healing
My teaching blends academic training with lived experience, making complex ideas accessible and applicable.
